Refunds Policy

Personal Training - Clients have 48 hrs to cancel for a refund or reschedule to the nearest available appointment slot within a 7 day period. Cancellations by the client within 48 hrs of allotted session time may not be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations by fault of the trainer will be refunded or rescheduled. No refunds can be given for sessions already completed. Clients can cancel in writing or by using the cancellation services in their online profile with 28 days notice. Full T&C's available in the Client Trainer Agreement.

Online Personal Training - Digital content cannot be refunded unless by fault of the trainer for sessions or content remaining to be delivered. 

Online Content - Online content cannot be refunded as their is no proof the customer has not already utilised the content. Refunds will be allowed for undelivered content. 

Classes - Including but not limited to steel mace and Bootcamp, may be refunded or rescheduled providing at least 24 hrs notice. Cancellations by fault of the trainer will be refunded or rescheduled. No refunds can be given for sessions already completed. Weather or venue cancellations will result in participants being offered a refund or reschedule. 

Apparel and Accessories - Items are custom made to order and cannot be returned to manufacturer. Therefore, apparel and accessories cannot be refunded even if returned unless due to manufacturing fault. Return P&P is at customers expense.
