Automatic awards are added on completion of certain tasks though Armoured Muscle reserves the right to alter Ingot balance should any task not be fulfilled. Staff awarded Ingots will be awarded following criteria are met and within an appropriate amount of time. No Ingots will be awarded retrospectively of account activation.

• Automatically earn 1 Ingot when registering an account via the website or by downloading the 'Fit by Wix' app and registering an account. Get it on Google or Download on the App Store. Use invite code XCJTBX when registering your account on the app. Alternatively you can download the app using your mobile number here. 
   

  • Account registration is essential as it facilitates the reward and redemption of loyalty ingots. No ingots can be awarded until the account registration is complete.​

• Automatically earn 1 Ingot when you book and attend any class, course, lesson or gym induction. Failure to attend may result in your Ingot balance being altered accordingly.
   

• Automatically earn 1 Ingots when you attend each PT Package Session. Failure to attend may result in your Ingot balance being altered accordingly.
   

• Automatically earn 1 Ingot for each Shop item purchased. Ingots may be deducted if the customer requests a return or refund.

• Automatically earn 1 Ingot when you successfully refer a friend using the referral link. Should the referred not attend this may result in Ingot not being redacted. 
   

• Earn 1 Ingot when you leave a 5 star review of Armoured Muscle on Bark.com.
   

• Earn 1 Ingot when you leave a 5 star review of Armoured Muscle on Yell.com.
   

• Earn 1 Ingot when you positively recommend Armoured Muscle on Facebook through the Armoured Muscle recommendations tab on the Armoured Muscle Facebook page. Positive recommendations will be judged at the discretion of Armoured Muscle.
   

• Earn 1 Ingot when you leave a 5 star review of Armoured Muscle on Google maps or Google search. Or via the Google review link here.

• Earn 1 Ingot when you complete the Full Feedback form online and allow Armoured Muscle to discuss any of your answers.
   

• Earn 1 Ingot when you complete a testimonial and allow Armoured Muscle to publicise. Only successfully published testimonials will earn an Ingot. Selection of testimonials at the discretion of Armoured Muscle. 
   

• Earn 3 Ingots when you send an appropriate 'Before & After' photo and allow Armoured Muscle to publicise. Only successfully published photos will earn Ingots. Selection of photos is at the discretion of Armoured Muscle.
   

• Earn 1 Ingot for a 'selfie' or photograph (of yourself) at a class, lesson, PT session or performing a workout prescribed by Armoured Muscle, posted onto social media . To qualify, participant needs to have a photo displayed on Instagram and/or Facebook (excluding stories or temporary media) clearly depicting them and an Item of Armoured Muscle branding e.g banner. Participants must tag the @ArmouredMuscle Instagram or Facebook page respectively. Any description given must be of a positive manner and exclude any offensive or misleading content. Award of Ingots is at the discretion of Armoured Muscle staff. Photos taken by Armoured Muscle staff for promotion are not included. This is not cumulative with the merchandise selfie Ingot award.

  • Group photos - Only the person posting the image, where group photos are concerned, to social media will be awarded the Ingot providing criteria are met. Multiple participants in the image, if they are the focus of the image, will also be awarded 1 Ingot each if they also meet the posting criteria.
     

• Earn 1 Ingot for your 1st selfie or photograph wearing each different item of Armoured Muscle apparel or using each item of merchandise. To qualify, participant needs to have a photo displayed on Instagram and/or Facebook (excluding Stories or temporary media) clearly depicting themselves and an item of Armoured Muscle merchandise. Participants must tag the @ArmouredMuscle Instagram or Facebook page respectively. Any description given must be of a positive manner and exclude any offensive or misleading content. Award of Ingots is at the discretion of Armoured Muscle staff. Photos taken by Armoured Muscle staff for promotion are not included. This is not cumulative with the selfie Ingot award.
   

• Earn 1 Ingot when you join as an Armoured Muscle Gym at the Watton Sports Centre monthly subscription gym member and inform our trainers. Award of Ingot will be issued following notification from Watton Sports Centre Staff. Important note; you must have an active Armoured Muscle account prior to joining to qualify.
   

• Earn 2 Ingots when you hand a medal in the Armoured Muscle Gym at the Watton Sports Centre in the Hall of Fitness. Points will be awarded on hanging date and on successful completion of contact information. Please note medals are hung at owners risk.

• Earn 1 Ingot when positively recommending Armoured Muscle services or staff on the Watton Community Noticeboard Facebook page. Any description given must be of a positive manner and exclude any offensive or misleading content. Positive recommendations will be judged at the discretion of Armoured Muscle. Any recommendation must tag the @ArmouredMuscle Facebook page. You will need to be a member of the page in order to make comments and posts.
   

• Earn a specified amount of Ingots for special tasks as described by Armoured Muscle staff such as event attendance or competition interactions. Terms of award will be described by Armoured Muscle staff at the time of task announcement. Award of ingots is at the discretion of Armoured Muscle staff.
   

• Earn double ingots when qualified for CENTURION tier. Double ingots are only earned during CENTURION qualification and will not be awarded retrospectively or have any exisiting balance multiplied.

Awards of any stamps can only be made by Armoured Muscle staff using the staff members signature or Cuirass stamp.

Ways to Redeem

​

Ingots can be converted into rewards as found on your account page or on the 'Loyalty' tab of the Armoured Muscle app. For example 10 Ingots can be converted into a 10% discount code applied at the checkout stage for any shop purchase. To convert and redeem your Ingots head over to your account on the website or app. Alternatively you will have an automated email (check spam) each time you meet the Ingot cost applicable for each reward.

 

For select number of total Ingots earned you will also unlock merchandise tiers SURVIVOR, WARRIOR, CHAMPION, RUDIARIUS, SKIRITAI, PRAETORIAN, TESSERARIUS and CENTURION respectively (can also be unlocked in other ways outside of loyalty system). You can check your current tier unlock by viewing the rank on your account page on the website or app. Additionally you can ask Armoured Muscle staff what unlock level you are at.

Ingots must be claimed to convert into a redeemable discount code used at the checkout stage of either class or shop purchases.

​

Closure of account or loss of account details forfeits any Ingots and subsequent redeemed rewards and tier unlocks.

 

Redemption against shop purchases will be applied to the single lowest value item. Class redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

Armoured Muscle is not responsible for the loss of redemption codes and cannot re-issue lost or stolen redemption codes.

 

Loyalty Ingots have no cash value.

Loyalty Ingots expire after 6 months of earning or redemption inactivity.

​

Redeemed Ingot codes cannot be altered. Mistaken selections or errors in redemption resulting in loss of code will not be replaced, refunded or recalculated.

​

Tiers must be accumulated in 3 years in order to qualify for that tier.

Tier unlocks

To view the minimum number of Ingots you have unlocked so far you can either log into your online account via this website and view 'My Account' or log into the Fit by Wix app and view your profile that way. Both ways will show you a digital rank and how far away you are from the next unlockable tier. Each tier has a minimum Ingot total associated to it:​

When you unlock a tier you will also be able to choose to redeem a discount code specifically for the associated tier. YOu can choose from:

• 10% off any single class booking

• 10% - 15% off all respective tier merchandise in your basket
