  • How much does Personal Training cost?
Personal Training with Armoured Muscle is a completely tailored and premium experience. Unlike many other PT's that hide their prices behind a consult we openly display our prices under the "Packages" tab of the website.
  • How do I get started with Personal Training?
Getting started with PT has never been easier. Simply say hello via email, Messenger, WhatsApp or come find us at the Armoured Muscle Gym. We will ask you a few questions and send you a more detailed questionnaire. From there we will get down to an in depth consultation to discuss your needs, availability and feasibility. Take a look at our process here.
  • Do I need a gym membership?
If you're training with us at the Armoured Muscle Gym you do not need a gym membership whilst in a PT session. If you were to use the facility without us being in a session you would then need a separate gym membership. We do provide reduced rate memberships if you opt for a Steel PT package or above. We regret that we cannot perform physical services at any other gym in Watton. If you were to become an online client you would need to attain a separate gym membership unless you plan to workout at home. Internet access is also required for online clients.
  • Why should I use Armoured Muscle Personal Training instead of someone else?
We are biased so check out our reviews left by people like you! However, we work with you to get your weight loss / muscle gain / performance goals under way. We take a client centred approach to training and take 3x more than most PT's to listen to what you want to do. For every hour you spend face-to-face we spend on average 3 hours* behind the scenes working on your programme. *average based of a 6 week period with 1x training session/week
  • Will you write me a meal plan?
In short no. Only registered dietitians should be writing you meal plans. However, what we do is coach you to be able to make your own meal choices to support your goals. We do this by helping you with meal tracking and giving advice for what options may be available to support you and your family. Give a person a fish (meal plan) they will feed themselves for a day. Teach a person to fish (learn to choose food) they will feed themselves for life.
  • How much are the fitness classes?
Classes start from 6.00 pp depending on the class you attend. The classes can be booked online or via the App on a Pay As You Go basis or you can block book a set of classes by contacting us. Block book 4 or more classes to get a 3% discount.
  • Do I need to be a member of the Watton Sports Association to attend?
Nope. The Watton Sports Associations hasn't had a social membership for some time. You don't need a membership to join our classes or to become a Personal Training client.
  • How many people come to the classes?
Generally our classes are smaller than commercial equivalents meaning there's more personal coaching during classes. Though the class size shouldn't influence your decision to join us we ensure that classes are not overcrowded and that there is enough equipment to go around. However, for reference Bootcamp is capped at 20 though we usually get on average 8 - 13 participants whereas more complicated classed like Maximum Steel Mace are capped at 6 participants. You can see how many people are booked onto a class via the Fit by Wix App.
  • Are classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! For most classes each exercise prescribed will have an easier and harder variant to suit you giving you 3 options to choose from. Add to that most exercise duration is timed, you can go as fast or as slow as you feel comfortable with without worrying about holding up the class. If the variants aren't for you or you have an injury, please inform the instructor at the earliest opportunity for them to arrange an alternative activity.
