L2 Fitness Instructor
Even before I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer, I always knew I wanted to take on a career which helped people better their lives. What finer way than to help people improve their bodies, health and mind? I developed a keen interest in bettering myself while I was busy with university and also working. Simultaneously, I was doing my own exploration into the human body, why it functioned the way it did, and how I could perform the best I could. I had to learn how to manage it all, and have had to overcome many difficulties life was throwing at me while I was trying to stay the course with fitness.
There have been a variety of forms of exercise which I have pursued so far, which include: bouldering, swimming, brazilian jiu-jitsu, and most recently, trying to improve my running performance. These activities have always been additional to my main fitness in the form of gym-based resistance training. These experiences have proven first hand how I can help you to transfer strength, power and mobility into daily pursuits outside of the gym all whilst maintaining a hectic work life balance.
Being insured and able to assist you within my level of qualification, you can be sure that I will deliver you service of a high quality for men and women in their midlife wanting to get stronger and improve their performance.
